Duel of the generations.
As the story in the video shows, there is nothing to stop father or mother and son or daughter working in the same company. Gordan Golub was able to convince Danijel to pursue an apprenticeship as a Network Electrician with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET) specialising in telecommunications. A job profile with good career opportunities and future prospects.

Danijel wanted to learn a trade. Of course he can see how happy I am. I've been working as an electrician at cablex for about 15 months and I really enjoy the assembly work. The teamwork is great and the activities are interesting and varied.
