cablex is responsible for on-site installation and in-house fault resolution for Sunrise throughout Switzerland. For instance, this includes the commissioning of routers and TV boxes, as well as the guaranteeing of a stable and optimal Internet connection from private home connections. Overall, 85 employees at cablex specialise in Sunrise products and services and possess the expertise to carry out installations and fault resolution for private and SME customers of Sunrise.
